Add OAuthPlugin::set_account_oauth_parameters()

Allow OAuth-based account plugins to use a different set of OAuth parameters
when authenticating, from the set of parameters which will be saved on the
account.
This means in practice that it's possible to (re-)authenticate the account
using a set of parameters which is different from the one used by client
applications.
