Added config.yaml parameters for server file name, nodejs version, default app. If node_ver is set it will default to PPA by Chris Lea. If no repository is set will default to a Express app template.

Removed PPA install and made it build node.js from source. It also installs Express.js to the global environment(speeds up npm install process when it inits a repo update.
