bump 6.0.0.1: support 24.04's apt .sources files as well as .list files

wasta cinnamon-6-0 PPA is unused, but setup in preparation
for any cinnamon updates come LTS timeframe.

also removed "blueman" as a dependency. It likely was added during a
transition period from 20.04 to 22.04, but should be ironed out now
upstream. So just go with whatever upstream cinnamon is doing.

cinnamon-layout-5-4 looked OK to me at first blush: no version change.
