Commented-out key mappings to move the cursor left after a bracket pair has been typed.

In insert mode, these bracket pairs typed quickly will automatically move the cursor left to be inside the brackets or quotes: (), [], {}, <>, "", '' and %%.

Finally applied some common sense to the dumb brace solution.

Changed how the "dumb" opening brace is implemented, so it doesn't <ESC> out of insert mode (but it does now clobber the " register).
