The proxy name was a big fuckup.
Appearently it collided with the xmlrpc thing

A lot of work done to the Qt4 interface.
The interface is now able to change volume,
mute and change power settings.

Discovered a bug in the Rotel drivers mute function.
Currently the Main channel will not mute.
However Zones 2-4 are working correctly.
This bug is not fixed yet.

Added exception handling instead of printing
XML RPC basics is implemented in ampcontrol-server
Removed "launcher" as it is Unix specific and not needed.
