Added option to specify -edgeheight and -edgehoffset on the command line to adjust the grab position on the screen.
This is useful for setups where the screens aren't the same size.

* Switch from Imake to configure (enabling Xinerama).
* Add patch via Ubuntu that fixes a problem with the cursor not moving
