Used new desktop entries to show a fake application page during the startup.

To test I had to manually copy the desktop file that was deployed to ~/.local/share/applications:

cp /opt/click.ubuntu.com/.click/users/phablet/com.ubuntu.music/com.ubuntu.music_music.desktop /home/phablet/.local/share/applications/com.ubuntu.music_music_1.3.649.desktop

LGTM, I wonder if we should remove the "Loading..." or change it so it appears the same as the SDK loading in the future?
