no, libexecdir really should be libdir, I just had the wrong gcc-4.5-base
installed.

debian/rules2: somehow libjava is the only thing using libexecdir, and
uses it to point at the gcc-lib dir; so we don't want this to use the
multiarch dir.

debian/rules.d/binary-java.mk: jvm-exports path is /usr/lib/jvm-exports,
not $(libdir)/jvm-exports.
