oh, oops, gcj doesn't actually get installed there; must've been a bad gcj-4.5
build. Revert previous commit.

man, I don't know why we pass --libexecdir if nothing uses it. Add multiarch
path to another install rule, since everything is installed there by the
upstream build rules.
