Don't use xargs, which will cause permanent failures.
Some of the packages in the update_output list are not in -updates or
-security at all, they're only in the release pocket; so batching them in a
remove-package command with others will cause failures no matter how many
times we rerun. We need to process the removals one-by-one instead. - 1308. By Steve Langasek

NBS-for- EOL: quick and dirty script to remove kernel NBS binaries. I understand that there is some complexity in trying to remove NBS kernel
binaries from a release before EOLing it, in the case that a package has
been unpublished and then republished and you are trying to traverse via
LP publishing records. Britney does not have this problem, it only looks at
current published sources in each pocket and works out NBS from there - so
instead of reparsing everything, just process the list of NBS packages that
britney already gives us.
