a number of text display bugs. The only remaining delta is the background

revert previous change, adblock is a useful feature and we haven't had any bug reports listing actualy problems so far. there are downsides to it but we have already discussed them.

Don't adblock by default. As reported on various sites across the internet
it tends to break some websites. Also it prevents content providers from
financing the content, ultimately leading to a pay-for-content attitude.
Additionally our current easylist import is from last century and cannot
be updated without markup conversion from adblock+ to khtml (LP: #372379).
In KDE 4.5, khtml will have automatic fetching of blocklists and adblock+
complient blocklist format, so users will be able to setup blocking.

Revert branding.svg related changes, the only real fix to the problem of visiblity is creating a special logo version for dark backgrounds and expect dark themes to define oxygen as fallback
