Branch for Nova admin-vm blueprint. Based on Cactus release.
Proposed changed:
- added admin types for instances (best word for it might be instance_type, but it is already taken by instance config type)
- added optional parameters during instance creation/
- added blocking of operations if instance type doesn't match
- added possibility to assign volume to multiple instances (for non-compute instances only)
