- set low trace level to all output
- changed trace file from logs.txt to notepadLogs.txt (to avoid confusion with dSM logs)
- set resource method synchronized (to protect the resuming of resources in the application)
- changed the method to set the current text (from setText to read), and so fixing many problems (previous issue of newline characters handling)
- fixed the AWFUL mispelling of "UTF-8" charsetname (previously "UTF8", omg)

Replaced log4j loggers with java ones (and removed now useless log4j.properties file).
Removed no more used libraries from the classpath.
Notepad now writes logs into logs.txt file.
Removed MANIFEST file (very basic now as no lib is required).
