Completed refactoring of goto line number code.
The code is simpler, so fewer tests are required.

Removed code that related to 3.x file code,
an important simplification.

Deleted some redundant tests, and add better tests.
All unit test pass.

Fixed an apparent bug that resolves root node when the current
node has no root node ancestor.

At least one more day of testing will be needed.
