Fix typo and mention a real life case where the exception came back with an empty ouput (the 'environment is already bootstrapped' text *was* displayed but not captured).

revno(217) changed run_worker so that it now needs python-swiftclient.
We forgot to update the juju-deployer file for this component when it
was committed.

This fixes the dependency and also adds a new amulet test so that we
can assert that our rabbit-workers are actually running. from Andy Doan
