Simplify tests by patching django.conf.settings otherwise the reduced one does not contain the OPENID_SSO_SERVER_URL, defaults to 'http://localhost:8000' and fail (unless a local sso server is required but in this case it should be a fixture or documented as a pre-requisite to run the tests)
