Fix release notes so we can release 2.5b6 before 2.5.0
Description of the Change
This fixes the release notes file to introduce 2.5b6.
This should be the only pre-requisite needed before we freeze the source on
Thursday.
What will happen for proposals landing until then and whether pqm will blow
up is unknown ;)
So double-check your submissions but I'll triple-check on freeze anyway ;)
I will now create the 2.5b6 milestone on launchpad and retarget all bugs
that are targeting 2.5.0 right now.
