'nocloud' is not a good instance-id ;) Using vm.name is good enough to guarantee that each vm has a unique instance-id.
Unify install methods, we always require a seed to better match cloud-init. We then define different classes depending on disk image type. Fix tests accordingly.

Test and implement install_with_backing. Define the console as a file to avoid bug http://pad.lv/1122245. From there we don't need 'virsh console' anymore, 'tail -f' is good enough with a tweak to gain read access there.
