Added a couple of vim plugin (symlinks).
Added my xorg.conf file for the open source nvidia driver on a Lenovo T61 running Ubuntu Hardy.

* supertab to be used with <C-N>, <S-C-N>
* added some python niceties under syntax/python.vim
* generated ctags for python, my django virtualenv installs, and my django
projects
* added django command for runserver (does not work yet)
* .vimproject is set up to run in.vim at my project root, this sets up
$DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE

Modified:
* django command for tests, now asks for the app
