When a plugin is installed, enable it right away.

The application monitors its plugin directories permanently. Only the "core" subdirectory is monitored, so external plugins need to be installed to the main plugin directory (/usr/lib/pantheon-files/plugins).

Remove settings dialog.

The respective GSettings keys remain in place for advanced users. By default:
- Timed autoselection is disabled.
- Date-time settings is will follow the system's locale settings (GNOME's settings).
- Single-click to open is enabled.
