[API] [ABI] Granite.Widgets.DecoratedWindow

- Use GtkWindow's 'title' property instead of overriding it. This has significant advantages, since the title is now sent to the window manager as well.
- Add 'show_title' property in order to allow hiding the titlebar (default: true). This is useful when you want to set a title without showing it inside the window.
- Remove 'hide_on_close' property, since the GtkWindow API already provides the 'delete' event
- Add default handler for delete-event. It destroys the window unless an external handler is connected and returns true.
- Remove 'show_close_button' property and instead bind the close button's visibility to the 'deletable' property.
