Implement GNOME Session Manager client service to fix bug #1007977.

This enables Cerbere to register itself during the gnome-session initialization phase (specified in the .desktop file), allowing the rest of desktop components to start without any delay.

Free crashed processes.

This makes it possible to relaunch crashed proceses by modifying the process list in settings: remove crashed process => re-add it => cerbere will launch it again.
