rtl_nic: add firmware files for RTL8153

This adds the firmware for Realtek RTL8153 Based USB Ethernet Adapters.

1. Fix compatible issue for Asmedia hub.
2. Fix compatible issue for Compal platform.
3. Fix sometimes the device is lost after rebooting.
4. Improve the compatibility for EEE.

UBUNTU: SAUCE: generate 2 symbollinks for sof-hda-generic.tplg

After users install the ubuntu focal kernel in the Bionic, the
sof driver can't find the needed topology files. That is
because the sof driver in the kernel 5.4 changes the topology's
name. After generating 2 symbollinks, the sof driver in kernel
5.4 could load the topology and audio works well.
