Search both the %programfiles(x86% folder as the %programfiles% folder. Do the same for %commonprogramfiles%.

Merge from 1.7 branch:

close config file once and for all by delete-ing its wxFileConfig instance. Flushes all changes making them permanent and closes the file. Only then a new instance of Disk Cleaner is created in run_diskcleaner function. On closing, the parent Disk Cleaner process will try to write its settings again, but the wxFileConfig pointer will be NULL so nothing happens.
