Removing buggy checks for glext.h from configure. The file is either part of the GL distribution anyway, or it is missing and the extensions are defined in gl.h. Will look into ways of getting rid of configure/make/cmake etc. entirely in favor of scons (for convenience and a slimmer directory tree).
