Forgot to add redhat/radvd-tmpfs.conf to Makefile.am so it wasn't included.

Adding option noyywrap to the scanner and removing the link to @LEXLIB@
(which is normally replaced by configure with -lfl). This makes it easier
to build 32-bit binaries on 64-bit platforms.
