I started with some alternative clipping modes to support all graphic cards.
But a few problems are left and the old clipping mode is still active.

Moved a few GL-specific functions from METEngine to Helpers.
Removed some not-used imports and "import *"

Removed numpy use from almost all functions, which do not involve matrix computation.
Vectorcomputing now with custom functions. About 30% Speed-Up, HURRAY!!!

Moved helper functions from com directory to Engine.Helpers.MFunctions
