Fix: iconlist size check and resize if needed in the view
Fix: if it's a mess/mame change, load the gamelist/systemlist first, then check for rebuild
Cleanup: xmame executable functions ..

Fixed 'isMess' for sdlmame .. which can be MESS as well (of course)
Added DEBUG messages to show, what is selected as the executable in detail.
Just set ENABLE_DEBUG to true in common.h

    FIX: Bad configuration situation:
        - invalid mame/mess executable, or
        - no SDLMAME .ini configuration (no roms found)

    - flush all rom status in the beginning of gameAudit(),
      so we make sure they are all invalid before testing them.

    - extra hint in gameAudit(), if no good rom's were found.

    - show directory configuration dialog,
      if no valid executable is set in the beginning.

    It should work easy now ..

    SDLMAME patch merged into latest SVN repository.

    - SDLMESS, i.e. M.E.S.S. support.
        - detecting mess, by the substrings: 'mess' or 'M.E.S.S.'
    - splitting games ini into
        - games ini: HAS ROMS, SAMPLES, STATUS, ..
        - games private ini: FAVORITE, PLAY COUNT
    - preserving games private ini in any case, i.e.
        - rebuilding game list.
    - writing the games ini files as:
        - <name>.ini
        - <name>.priv.ini
    - still no options passed to sdlmame ..
      but this should not be a huge problem,
      since sdlmame is almost option free .. ;-)

    SDLMAME patch plus misc.

    - Enable SDLMAME as an executable.
    - Adding rom attributes (list,listxml) for mame 0.115:
        - display, display.type vector, rotation, ..
    - io.cpp implements 'audit_rom' now, reused within pref.cpp
    - quick_check performs a single rom audit now, if the rom is available.
    - if gamelist is missing, using gameAudit() dialog in startup,
      to audit all games.
    - games.ini and gamelist will be saved in case of a change.
    - kxmame.refresh does no more force all rom's to be checked.
    - Now, Working/Non-Working/Available works ;-)
