FilesystemWatchMixin don't handle directly subdirs, so better solution
is allow user to reload leaves.

Manually center the Kupfer interface on the monitor where we find the
mouse pointer. We check if the pointer is on a new monitor each time
kupfer is activated (and when monitor configuration is changed).

ui: Experimentally ignore system input manager

To solve a conflict with ibus, we try to preconfigure Kupfer to use
the "simple" input method for the GtkEntry. The user may choose input
method by typing Shift+F10 in Kupfer.
