Clear cached row sensitivity when the filter changes

Now that filters may affect sensitivity of rows, we need
to clear the sensitivity column from the cache when the
filter changes. This fixes the problem where selecting a
different filter does not update the sensitivity of folders
until you change directories.

gtk,range: Have slider jump to the pointer coordinates on touch devices

This widget is too narrow to make touch interaction tricky enough, so
don't add the penalty of having the slider run farther from the touch
coordinates if it happens to miss the slider.

GtkButton: move GtkToggleButton functionality up

Move 'active', 'inconsistent' and 'toggled' functionality from
GtkToggleButton into GtkButton. Nuke GtkToggleButtonPrivate. Remove
the special enter/leave/press/release handles for toggle as well as the

Convert the "group" property on radio widgets to a GtkRadioGroup

The various radio widgets all have a write-only "group" property
of the same type as the widget. This let you set the group in a
bindable way, but is quite weird when we have a real GtkRadioGroup
object.

We convert this to a real read-write GtkRadioGroup type. Additionally
we make it CONSTRUCT and use it in the various constructors instead
of hand-rolling the set_group call.
