 Added glade_gtk_cell_renderer_read_widget() and now
 glade_gtk_cell_layout_read_child() doesnt load attributes

 adaptor when chaining up in ->write_widget() (causeing atk props,
 accelerators and signals in libglade to be missed - bug 578211).

 glade_widget_remove_property() (bug 575885).
