Generally we don't import non-trunk branches from subversion because cscvs doesn't preserve the relationship between the branches -- so you wouldn't be able to merge from lp:~vcs-imports/firebug/trunk lp:~vcs-imports/firebug/firebug1.2, for example.
So I'm going to mark these imports as invalid for now.
