1. Support to specify an IP address for a VPC in the Run Instances Dialog
2. Bugfixes:
a. Elasticfox is now region aware for all current regions. A new region added in the future will automatically be added to the regions drop-down. The specific change is in preferences.js:getEndpointMap

c. My XXX now filters correctly for Snapshots and AMIs
