- move kde check around, if that still breaks, i know a better way to fix that then moving it back it fixes a display bug where Qt4_FOUND was never validated, but it somehow worked anyway
- maybe fix #1428, if WANT_QT4 is not specified, Qt5 isn't there, but Qt4 is found just use that. (for now)
- add some (currently useless) product values, looks like this will turn into a guessing game since they are undocumented (and on top of that, the api is deprecated (and the new api is useless for us, yay))
