[ADD][ovl_all] Add module for install ovl plus all oficial modules

Agrega todos los modulos oficiales de openerp mas el modulo ovl

Es muy conveniente que hagas la propuesta para resolver el problema de probar todos los modulos
oficiales con la OVL, sin embargo, cuando una persona intente instalar la ovl
se va a ver afectada con la instalación de todos estos módulos

adicionalmente el nombre es tendencioso,

porque quien vea el ovl y el ovl_all,querrá instalar ovl_all
que tienes mas funcionalidades pero no es la intención real
de la ovl,

Creo que este módulo podría ir bien en un proyecto que se encargue
de estas configuraciones y no sobre el proyecto real
