This new improves have been added to the upstream branch addons-vauxoo As part
of a policy that avoid development from customers which are not yet enought
mature to be move to the main branch, we have been making developments in
another branch and from time to time we merge them with the upstream branch
keep them all updated, the other way arount is true too.

[IMP] change account_analytic_plan_id name changed to analytics_id

[MERGE] get with a onchange method the department_id from the purchase
requisition user (requisitor). In the case that the purchase requisition
generate a purchase orderand set the purchase order the department of the
purchase order is set with the one given in the purchase requisition.

[ADD] A new module called analytic_plans_group that creates a field to group
analytic distributions. Four new modules that take the group of analytical
distribution from analytical distribution, the tax code from account move line,
the partner from account move line, and analytic distribution from account move
line to pass to the analytic entry line
