LP: #1369763 is not a user-visible problem anymore, so I consider it fixed. It seems the new problem is the opposite of " Android overlays don't honour eglSwapInterval 0", its more that swapinterval 0 disables the internal use of overlays. I won't be stubborn about the distinction though.
