Use a different compositor ID per each display buffer.

When compositing a display sync group that contains multiple display buffers, use a unique compositor ID for each of those buffers instead of single ID. This avoids issues in the RenderingTracker which expects each compositor to have a unique ID. Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1498045.

Add input-evdev.so based on libinput

This adds the evdev platform that shall replace InputReader, EventHub and the InputMappers. The platform is not yet selected by default. Code to probe and select the right platform is still missing for the input side.
