Initial commit

debian/ directory was copied from [1]
(as for commit 9e6f618cec7f3b926ca0004218c200357eea6754 made at 2010-12-14)
with following changes:

* Change package distribution and version to Ubuntu
* Update Vcs-* fields in debian/control
  - VCS is changed from Git to Bazaar
  - VCS repository moved from git.debian.org to launchpad.net
* Remove uwsgi-python2.5 package
  - Official support of Python 2.5 was dropped in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (10.04)
* Move libapache2-mod-* from Recommends to Suggests
  - Because in Ubuntu apt-get/aptitude installs Recommended packages by
    default
* Add cosmetic patch to satisfy GCC warn
