Description of the change
Hello,
ruby-excon/s390x failures are a bit painful. I maintain the package in Debian and I tried to reproduce it there but couldn't. It even passes on the Debian's CI (ci.debian.net). I created a s390x VM here (via Canonistack) but it passed locally during the build & autokpkgtest.
So whilst this is totally not reproducible, I've still opened a ticket upstream, explaining the same. So until then, at least, do a force-reset-test for all versions on s390x. I'll get this fixed once I have some hints from upstream or something similar! :)
Should you need any more details, please let me know. TIA! \o/

Hey! Ok, generally a +1 on hinting it in this case, but I personally am not a fan of 'all' versioned hints. Especially that it's easy to forget about such a hint in the future (and I think the nature of reset-test is a bit vague here).
Can you change it to a versioned hint (0.79.0-2)?
