Protect against non-existent ALAssets. When queueing previous uploads,
we check to see whether we can resolve the asset, and act
accordingly. For upload operations already in the queue, we check when
we actually attempt to hand it off to the FilesService, propagating
the error back up the chain.

The result is to delete the U1Asset associated with the ALAsset, and
potentially, its corresponding FileNode, if its generation is still
nil (i.e., it's acting as a placeholder).
