Summary: Remove user-serviceable username/password settings

This branch removes the username/password fields from the setting view,
and replaces the wording "Retrieve my credentials..." with "Sign In to
Ubuntu One" (or "Sign Out from Ubuntu One"), and allows this action from
the main view, if credentials aren't set.
