GestureTarget represents an interface to which a GestureBroker may send gestures, however there may be cases where the underlying object that the GestureTarget manipulates through its interface becomes unavailable (for example WindowGestureTarget in unity becomes unavailable as soon as a window goes away). Because the targets are owned by the broker, we need to have a way to communicate back to the broker that those targets should be removed in those cases.

AnimationValue: add Reverse and CurrentTimePosition methods
The first allow to revert the "direction" of an animation, while the second returns the current elapsed time since the animation has started.
