Add new singleton class Unity.Inspector which will be aggregation hub for inspecting any metadata for the running (or not running!) Unity instance.
Add new interface Unity.Serializable which has the single method serialize() which returns a GVariant representation of the object
Make Unity.LauncherEntry re-sync its properties to Unity when Unity appears on the bus (this should fix any disappearing launcher emblems due to Unity crashing or something)

Require dbusmenu-glib-0.4 in the unity.pc file so apps can actually link against us... And wire up so that the Update signal is indeed emitted on the bus

Initial cut at com.canonical.
Unity.LauncherE ntry DBus API. This adds a dep on dbusmenu-glib-0.4. The API is available under Unity.LauncherEntry as a set of properties on instances of that class. The properties will lazily be emitted in batches on DBus.
