CtkmenuExpandable fix: do not copy the background when the coordinates go outside of the screen.
Correct quicklist menu position when it is going past the top of the screen.
Fix dynamic menu expandable size.
Recompute the textures forthe menu outline in case the size has changed due to a dynamic menu being added.
