Seems that the gtk builder files don't contain info about adjustments for spin buttons. Maybe they can, but I couldn't work it out, so added them to the source

Replace the glade files with ui builder versions, now that glade can edit them directly. This broke maintainer build, so switched to a local installation dealie. Also some updates for new Vala versions.
