Handle failing probe in Feature.available

Feature availability is evaluated on import, if the probe fails with an exception the test run is interrupted instead of marking the feature as not available

Show which tests got assigned to each runner.

This should help debug weird test-ordering-related problems that happen when using concurrency and for which the test order per runner is hard to reproduce locally.
