Removing dependencies after uninstallation, (#328)

Change to add icoextract-thumbnailer and to remove dependencies after user uninstalls Lutris or Steam.

Add "sudo apt update" for Lutris installation. (#326)

Unlike Steam, Lutris requires a "sudo apt update" to be run before being installed, so that APT can recognize that i386 packages are available.
