- Use https URLs where possible (start.ubuntu.com itself is not https yet).
Only bother updating supported releases (12.10 and 14.10)

- Update a few more links to avoid redirects

- http://start.ubuntu.com/current/Kylin/ is broken. It has a Yahoo logo but it
searches and links to Baidu so just replace it with a symlink to the working
Baidu page. I'm guessing Kylin doesn't even use this.
