Do not rename golang-pty for Utopic

Utopic's source package is named golang-pty, not golang-pty-dev like
Trusty, so no rename is required. This must have been my mistake in
producing the original required backport list.

Drop docker.io itself

The changelog message is different for docker.io itself and trusty and
utopic need custom changes, so it's not worth maintaining it in
